Hot & Cold Eye Mask

Instructions:

Cold therapy- chill the gel beads insert in the fridge 2+ hrs or until desired temperature.

Hot therapy - heat up the gel beads insert in microwave for 10 seconds. Do not apply frozen or hot gel directly onto skin (wear with the plush cover). No more than 20 mins each time.
