Create Your Calm is a monthly small-group wellness experience created by Lisa Metzgar, PhD, owner of Biofunctional Health, and Gayle Cronin, CA, owner of Studio 23. Each one-hour session combines aromatherapy, gentle fully clothed massage, relaxation, herbal tea, and a custom body oil to help you slow down, reset, and make self-care simple, accessible, and repeatable.
