When are boxes available?

SoapCycle Club boxes are available beginning the 1st of each month.

Do I have to pick up my box?

No. Most members choose local pickup, but you can add our Ship My Box option anytime for just $5.

Where can I pick up my box?

Pick up at Studio 23 during business hours, during your appointment, at select community events, or during special pickup socials.

Can I buy a single SoapCycle box?

Yes. A limited number of individual SoapCycle boxes are available each month while supplies last.

Do single boxes include Club perks?

No. Club perks are reserved for active SoapCycle Club Members.

What if I'm already a Founding Member?

As a Founding Member, your membership and pricing remain unchanged. Beginning in August, boxes will be available through our new flexible pickup model. You'll continue enjoying all Club Member perks, and if you'd rather have your box delivered, simply add Ship My Box for $5 whenever needed. We're committed to meeting you where you're at. 🫧

Do prepaid memberships renew automatically?

No. Our 3 Month, 6 Month, Annual, and Gift Memberships are prepaid and do not automatically renew.

Can I give SoapCycle as a gift?

Absolutely! Our 3 Month Gift Box includes shipping and is a thoughtful way to share natural self-care with someone special.
